If you have a few other small annoyances saved up, like a printer or a phone that will not sync, we can usually handle them in the same visit.
We do. Families and home offices are a big part of our work, and so are workshops, suppliers and small teams on the industrial side of the suburb. Tell us how many people and devices you have, and we will size the visit to suit. Big organisations with a full-time IT department are not our focus.
After a short chat about what you need, we explain the options and give you the cost before starting. Setting up parental controls on a tablet is usually a contained job, while a whole-household setup takes longer. Larger jobs get a fixed price once we know the scope.
