Yes. We check the computer's drive and memory, the network link to the card reader, and any updates that ran overnight. Freezes usually come from an ageing drive, a crowded startup or a weak Wi-Fi hop to the reader. We fix the cause and make sure sales can keep going while we work. The price is agreed first.
Kurrajong is a regular stop on our hill days. If you are up a steep driveway, tell us so we can sort parking. Plenty of software fixes happen over a remote link.
